The star behind the action movie ‘Black Panther,’ dies at the age of 43 years.

The star by the name Chadwick Boseman, was suffering from colon cancer.He died on Friday after four years of battling the disease.

The actor’s career first broke through the portrayals of Black American legends in the year 2013 and James Brown in 2014 with the films ’42’ and ‘Get on Up’ respectively before cast as the superhero of Marvel Studios.

The president and chief creative officer of the Marvel Studios Kevin Fiege, said in a statement that Boseman’s passing on is absolutely devastating. In the famous film, Chadwick was T’Challa, the Black Panther, and a dear friend.

Every time he stepped on set, he triggered charisma and joy, and every time when
appearing on screen, he created something you don’t want to miss. Nobody was better than the Black Panther at bringing great men to life. He was as smart, powerful, strong and kind as any person he portrayed. Among those deeply affected are Marvel Studios and his family.

The chairman of Walt Disney Co. Mr. Bob Iger said, they are all heartbroken by the tragic loss of Chadwick Boseman. He added that Chadwick was an extraordinary talent, and one of the most gentle souls he has ever met.

Mr. Iger stated that he and the whole of Walt Disney Co. mourn all that Chadwick was, as well as everything he was destined to become.

He finished by saying to Boseman’s friends and the millions of his fans, that
Chadwick’s absence from the screen is only an eclipse of his absence from their lives.
