Last evening, dramatic incidents were witnessed when police dressed in civilian attire interrupted Mejja and Paroty’s Music video shoot at an undisclosed location although details of the video shoot remain scanty.
Sources on the ground revealed that the two creatives were supposedly in the process of shooting raunchy music scenes of underage girls which goes against Kenyan Law. The music director was arrested for the offense but later released.
The video capturing the arrest also shows a group of dancers talking and negotiating for their freedom with the local authorities.
According to speculations, netizens say the video shoot’s disruption was occasioned by Kenya Film Classification Board, which had been on the lookout for notorious Kenyan creatives who have been creating and publishing hideous videos.
Additionally, KFCB has been vigilant in ensuring youngsters are not exposed to explicit or harmful content.
Following the incident captured on camera, neither Meja nor Parroty have addressed the public concerning the issue.
