The late billionaire Chris Kirubi Son Inlaw Andrew Musangi is set to take control of his multi-billion real estate firm, Centum.
Andrew Musangi is the husband to the late Chris Industrialist Chris Kirubi’s only daughter Mary Anne Wambui and is also the current Chairman of Jubilee National Executive Board Chairman.
He was appointed to the board of Centum Real Estate in a bid to prepare him the way to take over.
Musangi is the managing partner at Mukite Musangi and company advocates that he founded in 1998.
Mr Musangi is also the chairman of Gen Africa Asset Managers as well as the chairman of the Public Procurement Regulatory Board.
Centum Real Estate firm has developed in high-end places in Kenya like Pearl Marina Estate Ltd, Palm Ridge Apartments, Centum Development Kenya Ltd and Uhuru Heights Ltd and Vipingo Ridge in the coast area.
Chris Kirubi was the chairman of the Centum Investment Company as he was the largest shareholder.
