Embakasi East MP Babu Owino took the parliament by storm with his cheeky behavior that saw him being summoned and forced him to apologize.
Deputy Speaker of the House, Musa Cheboi, was forced to halt parliamentary proceedings after the crutches belonging to Nominated Member of Parliament David Sankok disappeared at home.
