Two people were killed when a bus and a truck collided head-on in Manyani, on the Nairobi - Mombasa highway, early Wednesday morning.
It was stated that the two dead people were both bus and truck drivers, and many passengers were injured during the accident.
Eyewitnesses told Bouncenationkenya.com that the bus driver tried to overtake a stationary truck and encountered another oncoming truck.
The injured were later taken to the Moi District Referral Hospital in Voi for treatment.
Police launched an investigation into the incident.
