Renowned content creator and former Capital FM Host Mandi Sarro, popularly known as Miss Mandi, is on the scene for allegedly bullying and discriminating against her colleagues.
In screenshots circulating on social media, a user identified as Koome Gitobu detailed how Ms. Mandi was bullied, discriminated against, and called her names because she couldn't fit in her "classroom".
According to Gitobu, Ms. Mandi nicknamed her for not wearing trendy clothes while ideally making fun of her for carrying groceries to the office and not eating out like her other colleagues.
It seems that Ms. Mandi constantly reminded Gitobu that she was unfit to be a radio host because she didn't have a bright accent like hers.
"This woman would constantly stop the entire office to make fun of my outfits when I didn't have enough money to buy the trendy things she and her friends thought only those who deserved to be around deserved to wear," Gitobu wrote. .
“This woman made up very hurtful nicknames for me behind my back. And I'm laughing in the face because I can't afford fancy food for lunch, so I cook and ship my own food."

In one incident in 2014, Capital FM employees staged a protest over Ms. Mandi's impunity for assaulting Anita Nderu.
The incident reportedly occurred in 2014 at the Fairmont facilities where staff were taken for a team building program.

An argument has reportedly started when Mandi physically assaulted Anita Nderu and even threatened to throw her into the fireplace.
Efforts to involve relevant officials were also thwarted by the then-Chris Kirubi administration directing an amicable resolution of the issue.
However, after the discussion, warning letters were sent to the parties. The reason for the quarrel between them is still unclear to this day.

Capital FM's Radio host Amina Abdi is currently trending on social media for the wrong reason that "bullying".
Wanjiru went to her Twitter page and called Amina out for teasing her orphaned friend.
According to Wanjiru, she says that her friend shared an old photo of herself and her deceased parents, and that Amina mocked her and her deceased parents knowing full well that she was an orphan.
Yesterday, Capital FM's Ms. Mandi Sarro was called in for teasing her ex-colleague Koome.
Wanjiru wrote:
"Mimi wacheni nicheke juu Amina treated my friend so badly, she came home crying. Yikes!!! Her family made terrible jokes about her old tbt photo, knowing very well that she is an orphan.
