VJ Patelo, an Arbantone musician, has talked candidly about how he met Diana, better known as Dee, his recently married wife. After two years of dating, the pair was married in a grandiose ceremony in Tigoni's Naiposha Gardens. and the extravagant and dramatic event that went viral very fast.
Patelo revealed that the two of them first met in Kiambu two years ago. Before formally committing to one another, they spent time getting to know one another. Patelo didn't introduce her to his inner group, the "boys wa mtaa," until they had developed a close bond.
At one point Patelo was seen running across the venuw as his groosmen chased after him.
Another viral moment shows Patelo staggering down the aisle, supported by his parents, as if high or drunk. The bride and most of his groomsmen also appeared intoxicated throughout the ceremony
Despite the drama, Dee has described Patelo as a bad boy and the only man she has ever wanted. The couple has declared that not even death could separate them.
While many have questioned the accuracy of the KSh 500 million price tag, there is no doubt their wedding has become one of the most talked-about in Kenya.
Patello is 26 years old, while Dee is 29. But the rapper claims they have three children, the oldest being 24. The rumor mill has it that Dee is way older with kids of her own, and it could be that Patello stepped up.

Their wedding reportedly cost KSh 500 million. Dee’s gown, imported from Dubai, cost KSh 1.6 million, while Patelo’s custom suit went for KSh 1.7 million. He also spent KSh 2.2 million on suits for his 10 groomsmen.
The wedding rings cost KSh 1.5 million. Their beautiful tiered wedding cake, also from Dubai, included a built-in lighting system. The top layer of the cake unexpectedly fell during the cake cutting.
The wedding car lineup included high-end cars like a Ferrari and a Rolls-Royce.
Guests were treated to seafood and a luxurious buffet which included Kebab with rice. Patelo says the costs of food, cars, décor, and photography as major contributors to the total bill.
He also revealed that his silver teeth cost KSh 300,000, and his chains are worth KSh 4.2 million. When asked about safety, he laughed and said, “We walk everywhere. Eastlands is ours.”
But what truly caught public attention were the dramatic moments during the ceremony.
