Veteran gospel artist Owen Mwatia, often known as Daddy Owen, has admitted that his biggest regret is not starting a family in his twenties.

During a recent podcast with media personality Alex Mwakideu, the "Tobina" hitmaker expressed regret for not following his father's counsel.

According to Daddy Owen, he dismissed the idea of settling down in his twenties, claiming that he was not ready to be a parent while hosting groupies in his seven-bedroom home.

Additionally, Owen noted that he was the one financing his boys’ extravagant lifestyles while traveling to exotic destinations and would complain that he didn’t have the resources to start a family huh?

Owen went on and asserted that he would have channeled his energies to raising a family than wasting away with the hangers-on.
