A whistleblower has made bombshell allegations against Dennis Itumbi, the Head of Presidential Special Projects and Creative Economy, claiming that he has an inappropriate interest in high school students.
The whistleblower recalls an event with a student from State House Girls.
According to the informant, Itumbi was seen picking up the girl from school during the midterm.
When asked if he had a child enrolled there, Itumbi allegedly said he was "sponsoring" her.
The whistleblower claims that his casual manner with the student after they passed the school gate raised eyebrows.
