Focusing on the royal family’s reluctance to provide a sense of security for the couple, Meghan and Harry centered on how they were poorly treated by the rest of the royal family members, and had they been treated with love and respect, they would have stayed.
The couple additionally revealed that their second child, who is to be born in summer, is a girl. Given that Meghan is of mixed-race descent, this meant that she often rubbed shoulders with the rest of the Royal family members who called the shots in Buckingham Palace.

Meghan broke the ice by hinting she was always depressed living in the palace and often considered suicide. “I didn’t want to be alive anymore,” she says.
Prince Harry followed suit and went on to reveal that his family was indefinitely cut off from financial benefits from the palace, which is why they had to collaborate with brands like Netflix and Spotify.
According to Harry, his family has always disliked Meghan from the beginning and he was always warned that they were never going to foot her bills.
He said; “But that was right at the beginning when she wasn’t going to get security when members of my family were suggesting that she carries on acting because there was not enough money to pay for her, and all this sort of stuff. Like, there was some real obvious signs before we even got married that this was going to be really hard,”
Unfortunately, Meghan recounted when one member of the Royal Family was suspiciously concerned about how brown or black their son (Archie) was going to be, before his birth. “In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, we have in tandem, the conversation of “He won’t be given security, he’s not going to be given a title,” and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born,” Meghan recalled.

At one point the Duchess of Cambridge, famously known as Kate Middleton, who is Prince William’s wife, once made her cry. However, Kate quickly apologized for their disagreement as the quarrel was about outfits for flower girls.
“A few days before the wedding, she was upset about something pertaining – yes, the issue was correct – about flower girl dresses, and it made me cry, and it really hurt my feelings, But she owned it, and she apologized. And she brought me flowers and a note, apologizing,” Meghan adds.
According to Prince Harry, his family wasn’t assigned any security when they left Buckingham Palace when they escaped the UK for Canada and then for California. Tyler Perry is the one who came to their rescue by offering them a roof over their heads and security at the time.
